Last time I had my nails done there was a miscommunication with the guy working on my nails...in other words he didn't listen to me. I got annoyed which resulted in him totally talking about me to his fellow nail shop co-workers in Vietnamese which is so totally rude in front of a customer who doesn't speak your language. And you totally know when they're talking about you. Psh. Customer service is not their forte and they don't give a shit. Every time I get excited about getting my nails done I am reminded why I don't get them done regularly once I walk into the shop.
