Back on Valentine's Day weekend with Bubs' family I mentioned making a lemon pudding cake. I forgot that Bubs took a pic of it. Here's his glamour shot version:
It was pretty good stuff. I'll make it again when Meyer lemons are in season. I had no idea lemons were a winter fruit.
I can't wait till cherry season begins next month! I love going out to the cherry orchards in Brentwood and picking my own. I easily fill up a bucket to share with friends and family.
