I made a Lemon Pudding Cake.
We were asked to bring a dessert to family dinner. You either make it easy on yourself and go buy something or make a little more effort and make something from scratch. I went for the latter since I wanted to try something new and I needed to use up those Meyer Lemons that have been staring me down.
One of these days I'll update with a photo that Bubs took of it. It came out delicious!
