I've discovered ramen shops/restaurants in the Bay Area (I'm late to the party since I live in the sticks) and the places I've tried are DEEElicious!! Now, don't mistake this ramen for the cheapo bricks of dried noodles from the grocery! I've never been to Japan but I can imagine this stuff is Japan-worthy.
These ramen bowls are from Santouka located in San Jose inside the Mitsuwa market. Anytime I'm by that area and hungry I'll be there!
