Damn right I screamed when that patient's face caught on fire too. My heart sank for Meredith when Derek said he was walking away and when she dumped Finn. But I also yelled "NO WAY!" at the tv when McSteamy sat is fine ass next to Callie at the bar. I SO didn't see that coming. I love Grey's. It keeps getting better every episode.
