Contributing

My office is having a bakesale for Water for People. It's a charity that suits my company since it builds facilities that cleans water for Cities and other agencies.

My boss gave me a ton of strawberries she bought over the weekend. She gave me so many and they were overripening before my eyes. I thought I'd experiment and make something with them. I did a little searching and found a strawberry upside down cake. I also made it because it I had the majority of the ingredients on hand. I only had to make one inexpensive purchase for it. Voila!

OK, so it doesn't look appealing in this awful phone pic. I didn't get a chance to take a decent picture of the entire cake. I took a little slice for myself before I put it out on the bakesale table this morning. I hope it sells well.
