I did a major grocery shopping trip the other day and came across this bright bag of meyer lemons...it's like a bag of sunshine. The foggy weather in the past week has me looking for anything to brighten up the gloom and doom. Before the weekend is over or by the end of Monday, there will be a batch of Lemon Bars in my kitchen. Stay tuned.
